Advertising terms & contract

1. Advertising placement on thesponsor.co is billed monthly per active placement at the rate in effect when the placement starts, plus HST at 13% in accordance with Canadian law. Sign up for the latest offers.
2. Placements run on a rolling monthly basis and may be cancelled at any time by deactivating the placement; fees already charged are non-refundable.
3. The advertiser warrants it owns or is licensed to use every logo, mark, image and statement it submits, and that the content is lawful, accurate and not misleading.
4. thesponsor.co may refuse, edit the placement of, pause or remove any advertisement at its sole discretion, without refund, where content is unlawful, offensive, misleading or unrelated to community events.
5. thesponsor.co gives no guarantee of impressions, clicks, leads, sponsorship enquiries or any commercial outcome from a placement.
6. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the advertiser releases and indemnifies thesponsor.co, its owners, directors and staff from any claim, loss, damage or cost arising from the advertisement or from any dealing with a person who saw it.
7. The advertiser is responsible for its own taxes and for any regulatory or advertising-standards obligations applicable to its content.
8. This advertising agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
